If we are healthy, we live lives by getting up early, doing calisthenics, eating healthy (like chocolate covered pretzels). We go about our day, doing good, holding doors for little old ladies, respecting our fellow citizens.

Day after day we do good, and maybe the smiling Jack will bless us with good things to read, friends, and plush huggables like pink ponies.
