I woke up with a pounding headache and lights blinding me. 'What happened to me last night and where the hell am I now?' I wondered to myself. I racked my brain for a few minutes but it was completely hopeless, I had no memory of the past 24 hours. I checked my pockets - empty. Oddly enough, I did not panic, I felt a strange calm flood my body. I got up and decided to explore a little. Unfortunately there was nothing to explore, I was in a one room little shack. I noticed a table with two cookies and a half finished mug of coffee, 'This coffee is warm, had someone just left?' I was parched so I threw back the last few gulps of coffee and munched on the cookies. There was one door in the room, this had to be the exit. 'What's waiting for me out there?' I opened the door and the sunlight immediately rushed over me, warming all my exposed skin. It felt amazing. All of a sudden, I felt a huge urge to pee, coffee is a diuretic after all. A little ways in the distance I noticed a toilet against a tree. I jogged over to see that it was just for decoration and happened to be filled with weeds. I took it upon myself to 'water' these plants. After relieving my bursting bladder, I continued to explore the area. Through the trees I noticed a bright blue shape, I worked my way over to it and I was greeted by a old Volkswagen Bug. This was a godsend, now I could get out of this place (the location of which I still had no idea). I got in the car and to my complete surprise, the keys were still in the ignition. I started the engine and started driving down the road, 'Where am I going?' I look on the dashboard to my right and see a GPS. I figure I might as well use what I have. I'm going to make this a new start to my life, I go to the pre-set address book and select HOME. I don't know who will be waiting for me when I get there, or if they will have any answers to my questions, but maybe it will be a place I can call Home.
