The weeds worked their way out of the water
Turquoise waves splashed along the shore
Pink flowers bloomed like the ageing of a daughter
But I will see the light no more
These goldfish are prisoners trapped in a bowl
They never know when they'll be set free
Into the never-ending depths of the ocean
The seaweed and coral wish they could swim like me
