Life can change in an instant I'm told. Like the direction of an electric hum on the telephone wires. The slight buzz of electricity you hear as you stand beneath. The cold seeps into my shoes as I watch a mother and child play in the snow. I long for a mother who takes the time...
Life can change in an instant tho, and you'll never know which way to go. I look to the lights in the sky and dream.
Don't dream and drive they say...right?
My hands direct the steering wheel right, my car turns left. Over the side I go.
The trees meet my face and the snow seeps into my clothes. The ruby drops paint the pale earth red.
Life can change in an instant I'm told, or perhaps I will never know.
