'Well, boys, are you ready to begin the trek?' asked the instructor. 'Yup,we sure are!' we all replied in unison. We quickly mounted our horses and began trotting off, one by one, following the instructor. There was a massive snowy patch ahead, which didn't seem to bother the horses as they calmly rode through it. We rode past a small town.
