While riding the bus to school, Joe-Joe couldn't stop thinking about the fantastic stacked cookies his mom had baked last night. There were 5 of these fantastic cookies carefully wrapped with his lunch. Even though Joe-Joe liked his friends, the last thing he wanted to do was to share those cookies at lunchtime.! So, when the bus arrived at school, he grabbed his lunch bag and headed off into the woods. He quickly scrambled over to his favorite hide away, and stashed his lunch inside. At recess time Joe-Joe slipped away from the group, intending to eat his secret stash. He had almost reached the tree, when several of his friends arrived, and asked him what he was doing in the woods. Thinking quickly, Joe-Joe reached down and grabbed three yellow flowers. "Picking flowers for the teacher!" he replied.
