about this story
I woke up with an incredible headache. This bummed me out because I was looking forward to spending the day with my little sister. I told my mom and she made me a cup of hot chocolate and golden grahams- my favorite snack as a child. I took some aspirin and half an hour later felt wel enough to take my sister to the park. She loved it there, they had one of those inflatable things you can jump on and I still had a slight headache so I just watched her and this brightened up my mood considerably. When she got tired I took her to the candy store and bought her some since she kept begging me for it but made her promise not to eat it until after lunch. We went to a little restaurant and she behaved herself so well that I decided to take her to the lake where we watched the sunset. "What a good day" I thought hugging her.
