When i work in importants cities like planing partys for importan people, u must to conciderated what kind of clients i have, if the like red wine from Argentina, Mexico or wherever, some times is not only wine red or white. when u talk about food i always ask waht kind of food make u feel happy, Probably spaguetti or tacos. The party is complete when you chosse the music could be a single singer or a grupo of salsa, love song or wherever the client want. This 3 ponts can make your client's party a hit or a disaster.
