about this story
It was the very beginning of fall and the leaves were just turning colors from green to red, orange, and yellow. It's my favorite time of year so I decided to go kayaking around the the lake to see the mountains from another view. I then went hiking all by myself and saw a baby dear all by himself. I began to worry about where its parents had been. As I came to the bottom of the mountain, there was a gathering of army veterans from the area and there were tents with food underneith and boy was I hungry! I had a cheeseburger and finished my hike on another part of the mountain where I came across a man with a guitar who lived in the mountain. He asked if he could play his guitar for me so I happily agreed and sat down to to listen. He played till sunset and then I went home.
