about this story

It's the middle of Fall, You just moved to a new town, You haven't made any friends yet. You decided to take a walk. You come to a long black top road. It is surrounded by trees with leaves orange and brown. Some have no leaves at all. The road seems kind of eery but you don't mind. You keep walking. When you reach the end of the road there is a little neighborhood. Most of the houses look alike. They each are white or grey with. They each have a little lawn with a pathway leading to the front door. At the end of each pathway is a little mailbox. There are people outside walking their dogs and talking to neighbors. You decide too keep walking and see if there are any people around the same age as you. You are 13 years old. You stumble upon two girls that look you're age. You walk up to them and tell them you jus moved here and live on Maple street. They said nice to meet you. They're names are Paxton and Emily. You tell them yours is Carter. They ask you to a cafe just down the street. You except the offer and are very happy to finally meet some people your age. You order your drinks and set down to learn more about eachother. You find out they go to the same school as you. After you finish your drinks you decide to take pictures with them. You all walk home together. You tell them you are happy you met them and you hope to see them again soon. The two girls said they were happy to meet you and invited you to a sleepover at their house next weekend. You except and they offered to call you later. You are incredibly happy and you go home to tell your parents about them. They call you later that night. You are very happy you moved here.
