about this story
There was a sweet, little boy looking for adventure. Just when he was about to give up he noticed some red hand prints on the side of the building above him. He began lurking down an alleyway, following the hand prints. Finally he reached the last one... he looked around expecting to find some kind of treasure. Realizing he had made the game up, he hung his head low knowing this was a dead end. Suddenly he heard a familiar voice calling his name. He looked up, glancing in a nearby window. There was his father drinking coffee with a book in hand. He ran to him with excitement, here was his treasure. His father stood up and grabbed his small hand, "I have something to show you." The father led the boy to a nearby store. Inside the boy found cages, and cages of various animals. His father led him to one in particular and told him he could pick any kitten to take home. He chose the white one, and named her Daisy.
