I found myself looking at birds of prey in Boise when I got a call from my brother to join him in Mexico. I got on the next plane to Mexico and found myself eating tacos on the beach. It wasn't long before I started missing my wife who was in Denver visiting a conference. I was reminded how many homeless people there are in Denver. A man asked me if I wanted some of his wine... I declined but started craving a cab from palisade. I hit I70 to head across the state. I stopped for the night in Vail but found the perfect Cab the next day outside of Grand Junction!
