Janet and Julian's island vacation was the trip of a lifetime. The perfect vacation even. They had relaxed in the hotel, spent a lot of time on the beach, and on what was supposed to be the last day of their trip, they had been snorkeling. It was something that they had wanted to do since they had gotten married and the high point of their trip. The low point? When they arrived at their hotel room, realized they had left their keychain in the keyhole, and found their room completely emptied of their possessions.
Everything was gone. Their plane tickets, their wallets, their cellphones, even their clothes and shoes were gone. They decided that instead of just sitting around in their hotel room, they would continue exploring the parts of the island that didn't have sand and surf.
First they went to an art museum, but a security guard kicked them out when one of Julian's flippers knocked over a sculpture. And so they took of their flippers and went on their way.
Then they decided to go on a walk through the forest, but their air masks made breathing rather difficult, so they dropped their masks and decided to walk back to the hotel. Of course, their feet were rather sore and they were quite ready to put up their feet and relax but unfortunately, they were completely lost.
After wandering in the woods for a while, they happened upon a clearing. The special thing about this clearing was that it was full of Vespas which, like their hotel room door, had their keys still in them. In a split second, they decided to take two Vespas and drive them back to their hotel room (it took a while, but the island was only so big).
Luckily, the island had a thriving black market, which allowed them to sell the Vespas for cash and use that cash to purchase plane tickets for home the next day.
When they returned home and people asked about how their vacation went, they decided to simply tell them that it was "the perfect vacation."
