Hi my name is Frank and I love to go for a run the first picture above shows my running shoes. They are very special to me because I have had them for 10 years and they have always fitted me. Today I'm going for a run.
As I run I look at all the nature around me and I think it is beautiful. I run past the beach and look at the trees around it sometimes I can even see bright orange butterflies. I even go through the city and have a look at all of the statues there are ( Thier are heaps ). I also go through th jungle and hear all the nature around me. I think i'm a very lucky person because I live hear.
