about this story
There once was a man who faught in many wars. He loved defending his country but he wanted a companion that could comfort him in his time after war. However, he didn't want to marry but his heart was longing for something. He couldn't find something to fill the void in his soul until one day during war in Iraq he found two wounded dogs. His instincts told him to save them. He took them in and not long after, the dogs were back to perfect health. When it was time for him to go home he was told he had to leave the dogs in Iraq but he knew he couldn't leave without them so he asked the Army for a special favour, he asked to bring them home. After a long time they agreed and he brought them around the world to places like Greece and the Canadian wilderness. He found the missing peice in his heart and he and his dogs lived happily ever after and had many Christmases together.
