The gaslight London of Jack the Ripper, wandering the fog with his bag of mischief, is no more. Replaced by fairlytale towers of glass and steel, a MAGIC KINGDOM where children are safe to play. But are they? Recently discovered dismembered corpses -fed to seagulls on the Thames- has people turning to their arcane gods for comfort. But is there a light in the darkness?
