Destruction.
Shrieking silence hurts my ears,
Flash of the lights,
Cold bites.
Missing toys,
Leave me alone.
Praying for the people
Who have lost their ways?
Someone will care for them someday
My Lego men
Where my hero
Learn to say no,
Even though the broken bones
Grasped throats
And the coke
Our hero will come
Look at the children
We are all somebody’s baby
Black and white
We fight for our rights
Through the window of a bar
I see myself
The flash of the lights
And silent nights
I want my hero
