about this story
As we walked gloomily into the woods following the scronney old foolish lady. She walked with a hunch in her back,as her old tattered black cloth draped over her aged shoulders. Leaving our beaten city behind as we walked to our capitol to meet with the other citizens of our horrible country of Banenë. The youngest children walk first followed by the mob of older even more bitter people. As the last people are taking their seats in the Banenë meeting town the screen at the front begins to talk. The screen tells us how we are doing for food, how long it will last, when the next child is allowed to be born and when each city will be rebuilt. We all had our hopes but but now we know we will have to wait almost 100 years. We walk back to our abandoned city as we have our heads so low and some of the youngest children even crying. We all wonder who chose the Master and why he controls and organizes everything.I have heard of ancient countries wth something called a government why couldnt we have had a form of that not our master who is horrifying.
