about this story

Jeremy walks down the dark, gloomy hallway one that feels like it will never end. Around him the building creaks and groans and an unearthly glow showers the wall. The hallway finally ends and he is at a door way. A rusty metal door stands between him and freedom of this horrid hallway. He opens the door and it creaks. He opens it up a bit more and a blast of sunshine blares through the door pulling him out. He walks out the door and comes up to a fence. A boy stands behind it. The boy wears a necklace of beads, and appears to be of at the most five years of age. The boy stares at Jeremy and then begins to cry. A force is tugging at the boy. With fear blaring in his eyes he screams a sharp loud scream. Jeremy jumps over the fence and helps the boy over but now the force is tugging at him he grips the fence and begins to climb. He reaches the top and then jumps of the fence. He carries the boy to a rack of canoes. Jeremy paddles all the way to a far village and at the police station he searches up lost children. The boy shows up on the first page turns out this boy was lost ten years ago "impossible" says the police man. But jeremy knows that the place he was stuck time moved slower that was probably why it took so long to go down that hall. Jeremy returns the boy to his home and it declared a hero by the young soldier that is his brother.
