I gathered up my friends around the neighborhood and headed out to the ocean. We were taking off our shoes and ran out to the glistening water ahead of us. My friend Sammy and I went on a boat ride looking out to the never ending display of water. Then we decided to snorkel which was great because I felt as if I was one of the fishes. However it was scary when we saw a barracuda and quickly swam back to shore. Our parents arrived later and took us on a real boat ride which was great to be with the people I love that were around me. After our boat ride we headed back to shore and played on the wet sand. I realized that day that the water is what I love.
