The lush green grasses of Beagle Nation Hall had been freshly cut and Dale was very happy about it indeed (his wife Madge wasn't). He couldn't wait to let his dog, Whisper, to run, play and mingle on the fertile grounds of the institution. As he was about to leave his house, Mark opened an umbrella inside and the plastic rabbit came.
