A city shouldn't be only made up of only blocks and stone. It must also contain colour, curves, zigzags, and pizzazz. Life must have colour in order to compete with nature. Art is not something that any one of us is missing. We all have it in us and we all must express it whether it's on the side of a building, the side of a boat, or a simple piece of paper.
