about this story
Every winter around the month of December, she visits her father's grave which is covered in snow. Her father was a firefighter and died due to helping others in a school fire. Even though he dedicated his life to being a firefighter, he liked to take time out of his job to admire the beauty of mountains. While thinking about what he loved, she looked back on a picture of both her and her father at a halloween festival, which was their favorite thing to go to. Being reminded of one of their favorite things to do, Elizabeth walked to one of their favorited places to go which was a beautiful building. She thinks about how lucky she was to have a father as amazing as him.
