The digital divide can cause people to view the requirement of technical skills differently and the use of digital technologies differently. For those who have access and skill, technology can make their world prettier but for those who have little to no access or skill/ability it is placing barriers to their ability to access education and to joining and being valued in the labor market. Teaching digital literacy has never been more volatile. The pictures chosen were meant to show both sides beauty (flowers) and the unattractive side (graffiti and bare walls) with the final picturing representing what is inevitable, digital technology is here.
