about this story
I woke up one morning feeling sad. I don’t know why I was feeling that way but I was, so I was going to try and be happy. I woke up early in the to walk to one of my favorite places to be by myself. I walked to the dock by the lake and i listened to the birds sing and the fish swim under me feet. I was feeling relaxed and calm. I was starting to feel better but then my fr5iend called me and said that they had a blizzard and that the snow was already melting. I didn't know what to say to that so i said OK and hung-up. After i left the dock i was going to take a walk around town and then i saw this man working on the side walk putting up a sign and i felt sad because no one was helping him,so i kept walking and walked past the monument and i thought about what people years ago had to go through and what i was going through didn't compare. I thought i better get home before it gets dark so, i started walking home and i looked at the sky and it was so beautiful it made me so happy. Now whenever i am sad i look and the sky and don't think.
