about this story

It was in the summer of 2007and I was visiting Niema. Niema is my beautiful seven year old granddaughter. Niema thought it would be funny to wear mix match socks. I was so tickled with her nonchalant attitude. Since the weather was mild I wanted to take a stroll. I thought it would be fun to show her some art work. Not the art work one would see in a museum. Local graffiti was more the style I was looking to spot. So, we headed out the door and it was the first house we saw with a large door outlined in red. Niema was amazed at the variety of pictures drawn on the wall. She snicker and said," Grandma I would be in big trouble if I did that on my walls." I just smiled and it was Niema keen eyes that took notice of a house that had two eyes painted between the windows.I was so delighted to be spending time and just taking in the wonders that were all around us.I notice the time and I thought Niema and I could have lunch at the Aquarium while watching the giant jellyfish.
