It begins with a single mind. A single thought. A single path. The power to dream is everyone's right. The ability to bring that dream to fruition is held by few.
A hive must be built. A team must be formed. A group must hold the same direction, the same initiative, the same ambition. Working towards a common goal, they must find mutual selflessness and devotion to the cause.
There will be times of hardship. Days of struggle, torment and frustration.
It is during these times you must lean on each other. You must remember you are all in this together. Your team is there to get through the maze together. You are only as strong as your weakest link.
Most importantly, remember that everyday will end. No matter how good or bad the day has been. Tomorrow will come. Don't forget to make it even better.
