A few years ago I was riding the school bus early one morning, and I noticed a truck in front of us swerving across the road. When my bus driving passed the car on the highway, there was a women who was signing very intensely and she had her dog with her. A few seconds later the other students and I saw her pull over to the side of the road because she had gotten flashed by the police.
