Exposition: A boy named Joel smiled often, he was a happy boy, but had no home or family.
Rising Action: A storm was brewing into town, a steady amount of rain pouring, there is slight flooding.
Climax: The flooding was increasing people were climbing upstairs, trying to get to higher ground. While Joel was climbing some stairs he was pushed back into the flood.
Falling Action: Joel drowned in the flood, with city, were he will be forgotten.
Resolution: The innocence of the town was gone, and there was no longer a happy boy on the streets.
