Artists love to paint landscapes. They love to paint the different colors of the sky such as blue. The clouds and trees help to paint the picture for what type of day it is. The color of the leaves on the trees determine what season it is. If there are no leaves on a tree, then the season is winter. The color of the sky shows what time of day the painting represents. When the sky is pink, yellow, orange, or purple, then it is either the sun setting or rising. Paintings can represent the different hours for when they are painted.
