about this story

It was a dark and stormy night. As I approached the deserted building, I could hear a small creak in the large walls. 'Maybe I should get out of here' I thought, but an invisible force pushed, against me, begging me, forcing me into the abandoned abyss.

As I entered the door, I noticed the intricate flowered patterns and architecture of the museum. They looked very old, and rust was eroding the paint on the dry walls.

Inside, there were plain tables filled with pictures of faces I had never known. It looked like a Day of the Dead ceremony. A picture of a strange face was near me. Someone was making a memorial service for everyone here. Maybe that someone was a murderer!

As I looked around the building, I saw broken windows with white tapes all around. Maybe the murderer had broken the windows. It looked like an abandoned investigation was done by the police.

Nearby was a small cemetery, and the tombs had the same names of the people in the museum. What kind of murderer honored the people he killed? I heard voices again. I felt someone intensely pulling me inside, grappling my neck, directing me to the smallest grave in the cemetery. It said, THE MURDERER.
