about this story

one cold morning a guy was walking by the ocean and he found some stairs that lead right to the water so he went down to the bottom of the stairs and found this pad that had grading rail all around it but he could see a coin in the water. on the coin it said city w on it and that was a tower he had seen on his way down to the water he tried to get the coin but could not reach it then a wave came and washed it away. then he went back up and found the same coin at the top of the stairs but he just left it.
