about this story

1) It starts to turn to night and lights in houses are off during dinner time in which they should all be on.
2) The power plant, Astrid's brother may be there. Sam, Quin, and Astrid head that way to look for her brother.
3) Houses are all empty, babies may be in there with no one to feed them or help them.
4) The boys used to love to surf, now the waves are more like a lake and not much of waves since the barrier is cutting them off.
5) Nobody knows what to do or where to go.
