The first picture resembles the temple Toyo was intrduced to Bushido. The dark picture symbols the rural area Toyo grew up. The third picture looks like one of the early mornings Toyo had to get up for baseball practice. The signs represent everything he shouldn't do but still does. The fence picture was chosen since ichiko surrounded by a fence to keep people out and keep them safe while in the school.
