about this story
A lady waiting patiently at a restaurant, for another date who stood her up. Countless times, it shouldn't be a surprise anymore. An empty bottle lay on the ground, for she ditched it before she came in, bracing herself for another letdown. Her world is grey, and cold, with winter in season there is snow and dullness everywhere. To her, it feels like summer will never come. She remembered how beautiful life was as a child, playing on playgrounds and in the tubes, not having a care in the world. Her life was in full blossom at that point, like a flower, she had hit her peak and eventually had withered away.
