在舊金山灣區一家舉世聞名的商學院，其中一堂震驚全系的課程是鮑伯老師的財務管理，堪稱「當人率8成」的魔鬼必修課。
費盡心力擠進全州龍頭商學院的彼得，為此感到壓力如山大。身為一隻橡皮擦大的毛毛蟲，不僅擔憂自己跟不上進度，更憂心自己嬌小的身形不受他人注意。
一日考試，絞盡腦汁寫不出任何一題答案，於是想到一個詭計。
「啊！」突然的下體發癢，鮑伯老師困擾的深鎖眉頭，最終忍受不住癢意，直奔廁所。
彼得從褲管溜出，臉上露出勝利的微笑：「作弊時間！」
