about this story

In my AP World History class, we learned about Robespierre who associated with the French Revolution during the Modern period, circa 1750. The French Revolution was initiated in order to get rid of the absolutism, and unfair taxing that the third estate faced. Ultimately, however, it led to the reign of terror, and absolutism being put back into place. The most obvious picture that relates to what I've learned is the Robespierre book, which reminded me of what I learned in my class. The road shows a rural area that can be related back to farmers that would be considered a part of the third estate. The photo of the roof with designs represents the first and second estate that lived more luxuriously. What I've learned is stuck in my memory because it was a part of the latest time period we've learned about, and we spent a large amount of time on revolutions.
