about this story

Searching
Have you ever wondered where your life is about to bound? Do you really know the essence of living? Are you really living for something? Or just a stray in this temporary place? Have you lost yourself once and until now, still in the search for its true value or what we know as the greatest mean. These thoughts of mine kept raging on while I was clicking randomly on those pictures before my eyes. The first one as you can see is the steel fence-not just a fence but a destroyed fence. The four pictures: the liquors, an empty place, a book, and a peaceful dusk. It symbolizes a part of me: a devastated, empty, bitter, lost mortal yet still seeking for a peace of mind and soul at the end of the day. Despite of the exhaustion in my existence, I am still searching for my value and purpose not just because I am oblige to but I am in need, so that I am not just swaying with the surge of life, I want to have direction in my journey. I am barely breathing, struggling and thinking about tomorrow. I am going fast nowhere and it’s just this stupid for I don’t set boundaries that’s why I keep on hurting myself with those expectations been thrown at me. I want to have a purpose and a shelter for my weary soul.
