Once upon a time there lived an extremely intelligent woodchuck. He resided on private property. The owner of the property was frequently away speaking at conferences and was rarely home enough to become familiar with her land, let alone know that such a smart woodchuck lived nearby. One day, while the owner was away, the woodchuck sneaked into the woodshed and found enough materials to build an extraordinary structure. He worked hard and long. When the owner finally arrived back home, she found the Notre Dame right in the middle of her property. She became rich and famous for such a masterpiece that became a famous tourist attraction and the subject of many movies and novels. Nobody ever knew where the building came from. Except the woodchuck.
