在某個舒適的午後，帶著孩子來到公園的我，突然間想起曾經養的貓，和牠的相遇是在一個不起眼的垃圾堆中，看到人接近野貓通常都會逃走，但牠卻沒有只是在原地靜靜的看著我，於是我就慢慢地將牠抱起，因此家裡多了一位新成員，不過這位新家人並沒有陪伴我太久，來到家的幾年後就生病去世了，我低落了很長的一段時間，直到遇見現在的伴侶，生了孩子，搬離了充滿小貓回憶的家，我經常在孩子的身上看到小貓的影子，不管是一些眼神小習慣甚至是個性，都像極了以前的牠，我一直當這些是錯覺或是普通的巧合，直到今天，總是安靜地在我身邊的孩子，像是看到什麼寶物似的，從我身旁跑走，過沒多久又開心的向我跑來，並給我一朵和小貓毛色相似的野花。
