about this story

Phase/Picture 1 shows the ancient times of the Philippines Economy. Buildings were small, grey-ed out, and blocky. Times were slow and economy was still at its beginning phases.

Phase/Picture 2 shows that economic activity has picked up. There are now better inns, restaurants, shops, and any other kinds of businesses that cater to the people's wants and needs.

Phase/Picture 3 shows that the economic activity has definitely increased. Excess money is now used to design fabulous and patterned buildings. Every part of a building is furbished with intricate designs.

Phase/Picture 4 shows that our economic activity was shadowed a little bit because of the various problems our country had. Wars, coups, and large-scale problems put a dent on our fiscal power.

Phase/Picture 5 shows the modern period of our economic activity. We used oil and gas which are very harmful for our environment. Although this period is the most beneficial for our economy, it is not good for our environment.
