about this story

Sorrow filled your heart as you look upon a grave. Engraved was a name you know so dearly that your heart mourns them so. In your hand is a potted plant, one that signifies sadness and regret. You placed the plant beside the grave, a tear falls from your face. As the wind makes the trees rustle, you wipe the tears off your face. Your friend may be gone, but life still goes on. As you ride your vehicle home, memories of your friend resurface, stirring emotions once again. You stop at a local flower shop, and found one familiar plant and bought it. You intend to put this plant beside the grave, but this time the plant signifies something else.

It is a plant of happiness and love, a symbol of your final memories of her.
