Time is running out. The United States Federal Beruo Investigation (FBI) has still not found the clown known as Pennywise. After days of riding their motorcycles around town, looking for it, they finally find him taking a young girl hostage into the sewer.

FBI agents Tyler and Zack follow Pennywise into the sewer and find the girl. Pennywise surprise, but before he could do anything to Tyler and Zack, the two agents rescue the girl, get out of the sewer, and ride off into the horizon, never to be seen again.
