Five Card Story: The Traveler

as you tune back into this story, Robert tunes his radio, but as he tunes it he looks up to see something far ahead, on the road, just... standing there. when he gets close enough to try and make out what it is, it runs off the road into a small opening in the trees. "its a trail?" as he approaches the trail, he parks and gets ready for what could possibly be a long hike. as he leaves his car, ready for the adventure he has been seeking all this time, he hears something up ahead. so he starts to go after this thing. as he travels along this pretty long trail. he comes up to an opening with this weird abandoned temple-like structure ahead of him. he obviously goes to check it out. as he opens the door to this old structure he hears something skittering around inside. as Robert looks down the long corridor that awaits in front of him, he sees the door at the end of the corridor close. he rushes after whatever is running from him. as Robert enters the room. there's something there, it calls itself the traveler. and as its says so, it vanishes right in front of Roberts eyes. Robert is stunned. as he recollects himself on what just happened he looks up to see a setting sun and something flying across the dusk sky. Robert took a picture of the phenomenon but we weren't able to obtain it from him. (end of part 3)
