Sometimes all we need in life is nature. Going outside for walks may calm us down and make us feel better. Or being outside running around finding a feather on the ground may have been really exciting when we were kids. Sometimes a long drive looking around at the trees turning in the fall time may be the exact therapy we need. Imagine being stuck inside all the time and not being able to enjoy nature. it sucks!!
