about this story

One day humanity disappears and what's left behind are astonishing enormous brick structures and glass towers that cast shadows over a once populated city street .Radio towers that no longer transmit the slightest of signals, not even radio waves or static can be heard, cities that were once teeming with people, cars, and sounds are no more. Nothing but silence; no voices, car horns or even an echo can be heard. Airplanes that were soaring in the skies are now falling, crashing to the ground. Satellites are falling like leaves but burning up in the atmosphere before they can even reach the ground. Weather changes dramatically before night comes fog rolls in blanketing roads and swallowing buildings day one of what was left behind.
Three thousand five hundred years have passed since the sudden vanishing of humans. The Earth has healed over this long period of time. Overfished and polluted oceans are now recovering from the trash and toxic waste that humans put into it. Clean waters and the recovery of coral reefs and millions of marine animals are thriving once again in the ocean humans used as a garbage can. Cities are submerged underwater and aquariums are broken and flooded. The world is full of concrete graves where buildings used to stand. The buildings are now reduced to rubble from years of corrosion and erosion from the weather conditions. The buildings that are standing are covered in green vegetation. The gray concrete graves humans once called a cities are now a green luscious paradise where wildflowers grow and trees flourish. Animals can run and roam freely once more without the worry of being hunted for game or caged for display or driven to extinction anymore. The world is a beautiful place once more; this is what humans left behind.
