about this story
I attended an academic conference. However, it was so boring. A man who is from Red university only talked about a jellyfish. I was so sleepy.
After the man's presentation, a woman who is from Blue university talked about the plants for 2 houres. I was not interested in those presentations, so I was thinking about horse racing. The race of that day was so important for me,because my father gambled on the race. If he won, we would have a lot of money. I was so exciting. I knew that I shouldn't do that, but I watched the race on my cell phone. At first, I cared about the conference. Before I knew it, I was into the race. Suddnly, I heard my name called out loud. Everyone in the room looked angly, because it was my turn to make a speech. I watched horse recing without knowing it, so I didn't realize it. I was so embarrassed.
