Fr. Joseph noted that being considered as second class citizen, the poor individual and families know rights are interdependent as the pieces of beautiful architure are here.
Actions to restore human rights must be carried out simultaneously.
To achieve this vision we need to identify partners--the citizens who hold rights need to understand the concern to work together beyond 'makeshift accomodation."
Running fast and hard to "undertake a study which explore how human groups in situation of extreme poverty could effectively enjoy the
rights and liberties they are theoretically granted."
As the future is unclear, such a project elevate all to step out of invisibility to 'guaranteeing fundamental right to all people".
