Five Card Story: The "Doe" Bottle

Where the shore met the woods, there was no one. No trace of humans. No trash, no people, not even animals. The world wanted to keep it that way.
Then one day, out of the blue, a clear, glass bottle appeared. The cameras in charge of the area all looked toward it, there was outrage from everyone. No one had any idea where this bottle was from, it left no trace. Seeing as it was technically a crime seen, (and no one knew that it was called, so of course it was a Jane/John Doe) all government groups and agencies had hundreds of meetings about what to do with the bottle. Sometimes the public was allowed to bring their opinions on it too.
After many months of intense discussion about what to do about this mysterious object, where it was from, and if there would be more to follow, one detective found something: At the very bottom of the bottle was a word: WSQUART. The word seen around the world. Not one person moved. This was the worst that could happen.
