Today is September 16 and it's been a week since we started our vacation, I spend my time having fun with my friends and family in this cold season. It felt so warm when my 2 friends stayed at home for winter vacation, we went outside to skate and take a picture as we always do to bring back memories. When we arrived at home, our school page for Broadcasting students announces that the chosen students need to attend an event to represent our school and one of those students was me. I'm so glad to tell my parents that I was chosen to attend the Southeast Asia Video Festival for this year. Southeast Asia Video Festival is an event under Anak T.V which students from different school will gather there to represent their school for their video entry and will experience different seminars on how to pursue and be part of the film industry. The next day, I went to school to get my I.D pass for the event and to meet other students that will represent our school, we are combined by high school students to college students. When we arrived at the event place, I was amazed by the place as it looks like the National Museum. There are lots of people and I'm surprised that T.V stations are here also to make news about the event since the chairman of Anak T.V will do a speech. As a chosen student we are tasked to make notes about the whole event and make an article for our final output. Everything that happened was so amazing, known film makers from other countries joined the event like the creator of Upin and Ipin and gave advices for those aspiring animators. As for the end of the event we are allowed to take pictures from everyone in that event especially for those known directors and animators. I went home happily and overwhelmed from those knowledge that I've learned and I hope that this article that I've made will be published in our school newspaper.
